Thirty-One

I have started a home based business to see if I can make it without working a regular job. The company is called Thirty-One (ironic given my age, or maybe an omen?) It is a Christian based business that is ran and operated by women. They sell products that can be embroidered and embossed, etc. with names and ititals. It appears to mostly be purses, bags, totes, and that sort of thing. It is targeted as selling to women, but they also recently came out with a line of kids products. A teen line is also coming out June 1st.



My hope is that I can use my contacts here at work to get these women to host the parties and place orders and then they can involve their friends and relatives and help me grown my business that way. Who knows. I figure I will give it a try anyway. It is a low investment cost early on, and then I will be able to stay at home and avoid daycare costs if it works. Of course they publish all of their success stories of women who are insanely successful and making thousands a month now, but I will settle for just replacing my current income level and not having to deal with the crap I do right now!
